This morning I headed down to DigMe beach for a morning swim. It is starting to get a little busier. The crowds are still not here yet. In a couple days I will post a video with the chaos that goes on at the pier at 7am.
I ran into Norman Stadler and we got to catch up and talked about how windy it has been on the roads up to Hawi. Norman said it was blowing so strong yesterday that he couldn't get in his aero bars. I have a feeling no matter how windy it is on race day he will be in his aero bars going as fast as he can. Hopefully I will be right there with him.
